As it turns out it’s extraordinarily difficult to update the comic on any plausible schedule without reliable access to either a scanner or the Internet. Rather than continue to embarrass myself with missed and late updates I’m just going to do the same thing I did last year and go on summer hiatus. Chapter 2 will resume commence in September. (For reals.)
Sorry for the inconvenience! In the meantime, if anyone wants to send in fanart or post wild theories about the characters and plot, I’ll happily post it on the front page. And be sure to check out the Sage Comics forum - it’s a bit quiet at the moment, but some crackpot Necropolis speculation would liven it up but good.
Due to time constraints, Necropolis will be switching over to a weekly schedule starting with the end of the current chapter on Friday. I’d rather update reliably once a week than miss a whole bunch of promised biweekly updates.
Buy the print volume! 32 pages of ink-pen goodness for $5. It’s a professionally printed standard glossy comic book and the print job looks fantastic.
You get to touch it, hold it, gain indie cred with your friends… and see the next roughly two months of updates significantly in advance of their web debuts. Plus it’s a great way to contribute to the running cost of the comic while getting something totally sweet in return.
In conclusion: buy my book!
Welcome to the relaunched version of Necropolis! It’s good to be back.
